We at GITS are constantly striving to provide you with the most current items and references. The date of publication on some of our reference books may not be the most recent edition of that book. What that means is that the MAJORITY of items from that book come from that edition/version. If you buy a newer version of the book it will contain the material needed to refence the items on your test, but it will also contain some information the the groups of Licensed Subject Matter Experts for the field of work being tested on have not yet approved items for use on the examinations. You are free to use any edition/version from the one listed to the current.

Scheduling
There are two simple ways to schedule your examination:
1) Call Toll Free (800) 997-2129.
2) E-mail your contact information to gitsllc@gitsllc.net and we will call you as soon as we receive your information.
Please have a Government issued ID and a Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card available when you are ready to schedule an appointment. Payment is due when appointment is made.

Cancellation/Rescheduling
To cancel an examination you must contact us with a minimum of 5 Business days (Monday-Friday, except Holidays.) To reschedule you must contact us no later than 24 hours (1 full day) prior to your scheduled date. Multiple rescheduling MAY result in an additional fee to cover administrative cost.
